Ellen Loreck, MS, RDN, LDN, Dip ACLM (American College of Lifestyle Medicine) joined MCPC in 2019. She provides telehealth Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self-Management Training to patients from all MPCP sites. Ellen has many years of both clinical and management experience with a special interest in lifestyle medicine. Ellen obtained her BS degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her MS degree from Texas Women’s University

Ellen Loreck enjoys helping patients make and sustain healthy lifestyle changes. Collaborating with others to improve their health brings her great satisfaction.

Favorite Thing to Do in Maryland:
Ellen and her family love walking at Centennial Park with their mini-Australian shepherds, Lizzi and Beans.

One Fun Fact About Them:
Ellen Loreck enjoys reading historical fiction. The most recent book she read was Vietnam, a book about American nurses on the front lines.
